Recording Has Officially Begun for Upcoming My Own Machine Release

Hey all!

We've officially begun tracking for our upcoming release "All Day Stare" and things are already coming together better than we could have imagined. Drummer Ryan Brown finished tracking on Thursday at Trace Ritter's Ritterhouse Music and Brent Hoffort and I laid down all the guitars (minus some acoustics) over the weekend at The Guesthouse with Doug Heffernan, who is co-producing with Brent.

My Own Machine's Brent Hoffort Performs with Alice Cooper

My Own Machine's Brent Hoffort had the distinct pleasure of performing with the original Alice Cooper Group (Dennis Dunaway, Neal Smith, Michael Bruce, Steve Hunter, and Alice Cooper) at Los Angeles' Nokia Theater on April 20 as part of the Revolver Golden God Awards Show, where Alice received a Lifetime Achievement Award.  He, along with current Alice Cooper guitarist/producer Tommy Henriksen, provided vocal support for the band's first Los Angeles performance since 1973's Billion Dollar Babies tour.

In addition, Hoffort is assisting Henriksen and Cooper lead guitarist Steve Hunter in pre-production for the upcoming Alice Cooper world tour and will begin recording tracks for the follow-up to My Own Machine's A Poisonable Well in the coming weeks.
